LsTrigger

I have set the command line on configuration panel to use lstrigger in tha action screen ... I've set IE too.
When I send the command on web page, I see the black DOS window appear for a while and disappear immediately ... in the db nothing change and also the "Last seen" voice doesn't change.

I've tried also with my PC where I'm sure all is set correctly.

What I have to control in order to be sure that LsTrigger is going properly?

Yes, you can script lstrigger.

Lstrigger only works for computers already in the database.

For 2 it should be http://127.0.0.1:9524 (on the server where the service is installed)

with unread, do you mean "not scanned" but in the database?

yes ... I have lots of this PC ...

This is the command:
\\serv-isro-test\premiumtools\LsTrigger\lstrigger.exe serv-isro-test RMMSTAT3O-052W marina

where:
- serv-isro-test is the server where lansweeperservice and lstrigger run;
- premiumtools is the shared folder;
- LsTrigger is the folder inside premiumtools where lstrigger.exe run;
- RMMSTAT3O-052W is the netbios name of a PC;
- marina is the domain name.

For any interrogation for any PC I found always the same answer

but nothing change on DB.

My questions are:
- how can I control if lstrigger is working properly?
- when I send a lstrigger command, should I receive an immediate answer or the request is put in a queue?
- if a PC had an error (red icon) how lstrigger answer to me (success or not success)?

1) You can look at the computer action screen, on the bottom right you should see all the "last scanned" dates.
2) The request is queued, you can view the queue using http://127.0.0.1:9542 on your server
3) Success means : "I've send the request to the queue", it doesn't mean that the actual scan works.

Could you post your lstrigger command please.

You can wrap it in "cmd /K" so that you see the result in the dos window.
