Dear lansweeper support,
I have a question regarding the monitor asset type, and its link with the monitor detected as part of a computer asset. It seems there is no reconciliation between an asset that you create manually, of type “monitor”, and of the discovered monitor connected to a computer asset (in Config\Display\Monitor serial).
Also the report “Monitor : Information” (web40repmonitorinfo) is only displaying monitors found connected to a computer. Not the assets of type monitor.
Don't you think it make sense to reconcile them?
