So this may be a simple answer but I cannot seem to figure this out. I have 2 domains in lansweeper set up. Domains A and B. My computer is on domain A and I can do anything in lansweeper to computers in domain A just fine. But anything I want to do regarding computers in domain B I cannot do. I cannot remote uninstall or remote control. I can ping them, but that is about all I can do. I am an admin in both domains but I think that lansweeper tries using my credentials from domain A even when I am trying to perform actions on domain B. How do I get around this?

Thank you for your time,
Nick

That would probably be why then. We are running on small business servers that do not support trust relationships.

Is there trust between your domains? If not, actions like Remote Control will not work if the source and target domain are different.
