Netstat 9524 is not listening

When I ran netstat -a my server does not have port 9524 but the lansweeeper config shows 9524. How can I make it listen to port 9524? One more thing, When I use connection tester, I can ping workstations using computername and IP but when I'm on our PCs, I can ping the IP but not the server name.

Check the errorlog.txt in your service folder to check for errors during the service startup.
