I have successfully upgraded my Freeware to the Premium in order to get Product Keys loaded into my LanSweeper database. I'm successfully getting a LOT of the keys for Windows and other products, but no MS Office (2003 mainly) keys. I've verified that the setting is in the Configuration utility:
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Registration\{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9}
It's in there just like the other keys for Windows that are working correctly, and I've even gone so far to see if this registry folder exists on some of my clients, and it does... but no keys are loading.
Can someone please assist? I have a variety of flavors of Office 2003 (Basic, Small Business, Pro), but they all appear to have the same registry key location (here: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/licensekeys.aspx)
Thank you.
Chet

The "serialnumber" waittime is 14 days. (last scan was on 5/6)
Could you "lstrigger" this host, that will force a complete rescan of the client.
Also please post a screenshot of the registry showing the key on the client.

Not sure what you mean by entering it manually (that's actually under a separate topic, I'd like to know how to do that)... I currently capture everything through a group policy logon bat file that runs LSCLIENT.EXE upon logon.
Linked below are several screen shots from my config server with product keys (office 2003 has been in there for a long time, maybe since initial install?) and wait times. I don't see the one you're referring to, unless it's "REGISTRY" (which is set to zero)
Also linked are screen shots from an actual client showing the dates of scans and the products identified...

Did you enter this new location manually?
If so please post a screenshot of your config.
Also take a look at the "waittime" for license key scanning.
