Hi, i've had a wuick search through the forum but was unable to find an answer to my question.
Initally, we had the scan set to make a computer non-active if it wasn't seen for 60 days, we have now changed that to 7 days, however, we still have computers that haven't been seen in over a month that are still active. Is there any way to force the changes and mark all computers not seen in 7 days are marked as non-active?
Thanks in anticipation.

Cleanup actions are performed automatically when the Lansweeper service is started and subsequently every 24 hours.
Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of the following:
- Your "Scanning & cleanup options", found in the configuration console under Scanning Servers\Your Server\Options.
- Your web console landing page.
- Webpage of one computer that you believe should have been set to non-active. Please show us the "Actions" section of its page.
