I currently have lansweeper set up to scan for software every 2 days. However I have several PCs that have not been scanned in more than 2 days. For example my PC is alway on and according to my lansweeper console, it was last scanned for software on 3/19 (4 days ago). One of the laptops was last scanned back in 2/26 and I know this laptop has been connected to my network several times in the past few weeks.

I'm not sure of what I'm missing or doing worng. Any advice will be appreciated...

Could you upload the latest log file +
Screenshots of the errors on the client.
Eventlog entries on the server or client.

Is the user running the service an administrator on the target computers?

I'm still experiensing this issue. Lansweeper is detecting the computers in my network but is not scanning them.

This is the error I see in the computers I have verified:
Remote calls are not allowed for this process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8001011C)

It used to scan before. I noticed it stoped scaning around the time I upgraded to version 3.5.2.4, don't know if I missed anything when I did the upgrade.

Please help, I can't figure out what I'm missing...

Yes, I still have the same problem. However, your post reminded me of something. We were seeing some DCOM errors in event vewer in the domain controler and as part of the troubleshooting had disabled DCOM. I have enabled it again to see if that was causing the problem.

"System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapDirectoryIdentifier The LDAP server is unavailable."
Indicates a problem connecting to the domain controller.

Do you still have this problem now that you restarted the service?

I uploaded the log (I think). Please let me know if you can see it...

Could you upload your errorlog.txt file please.

I think it would be active scanning (I'm referring to lansweeper scaning these computers automatically).

Are you using active scanning or lsclient?
What is the configuration of the waittime for each section?
