Premium not using Domain authentication

I am running Premium to scan 3 different trusting Windows domains. I have setup seperate authentication for each domain (using each domain administrator account) in the configuration screen but the machines in the 2 different domains from where LanSweeper is running give me the Wmierror Access is denied 0x80070005 error unless I make the Domain Administrator from the domain in which the LanSweeper server belongs an administrator on the machines in the other domains.

Am I missing something here? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

When you try the connection tester to the client with these credentials, does this work?

Yes...I am using the Premium version.

Are you using the premium version?
Alternate credentials are only supported in the premium version.
