Hello,
We have some errors with ram detection in lansweeper. With wmi explorer the correct quantity was detected in
-WIN32_ComputerSystem..TotalPhysicalMemory
and incorrect was detected on
-CIM_physicalMemory..capacity
It-is possible to change the wmi class was interrogated by lansweeper ?
Thanks in advance for your answer and sorry for my bad english.

Ok, thanks for your response.
Where is-it possible to change a WMI Class ? Maybe it's possible by changing some rows on the DB ?

You can update the bios of the computer so that it supplies the correct information.

This will not be changed.
TotalPhysicalMemory shows the free memory as seen by the operating system (which is not correct most of the time)
