"Feature only Available in the Premium Version" message when viewing device details & I have premium

When I click on any device in my lists (eg Linux Printer etc) to get specific device details, I get a message telling me I need Premium Version". I have the Premium version as evidenced by the main Lansweeper web page. Is this a feature that will be enabled at a later time?

In table tsysconfig is a field "scanstatus"
Could you post the contents of this field please.

And your errorlog.txt file please.

I have done this, aswell as try accessing the web site from different pc's and using firefox as alternative to ie. All yield the same result.

After you applied the license key you need to close all browser sessions and restart the browser.
