"the remote procedure call failed and did not execute" ESX/2008R2/Lansweeper

Windows 2008 R2 64-bit on VMware ESX & Lansweeper
Completely Fresh Install. Nothing else on the machine

I am having issues almost identical to:

I spoke to soon. I left the machine logged in for a while and then logged out (from the VMware console). After doing so, the machine rotates from a black screen to the "Please Wait" page and then eventually just completely black. After a couple minutes the machine reboots itself. Something is not right.

I had uninstalled VMware tools. So far so good after reinstalling them. I will let you know.
