remote screenshot/control on Windows 7

Hi,

Do the remote screenshot and remote control programs work on Windows 7 computers? I have tried both and they simply fail. I have also tried VNC and it says that it cannot connect. The computer I am testing this on has no firewall, the same antivirus software as our XP computers and overall same programs and settings as Windows XP computers.

Basically my question is if these two utilities/custom actions work on Windows 7 computers.

The remote registry service wasn't started, but even after starting it it doesn't change a thing.

There isn't any error message shown, it just doesn't take a screenshot. VNC Viewer (the variation we use with confirmation for the remote control) it says : read: Connection aborted (10053) Do you wihs to attempt to reconnect to Computer?

They should work.
What is the exact error that you get?
Is the remote registry service running on the target computer?
