scan for a folder exists

I know I can scan for registry and for file but can I scan for a particular folder, and if so can I scan for its size? I have certain folders I want to monitor their size across certain systems. Is this possible.

Based on quick testing, it looks like you can scan for folders by putting the folder path in the Path field of a ConditionType/File - and then put "." (without the quotes) in the Filename field.

Unfortunately not, you can scan files, but not folders sadly. I added your topic to the wishlist item though.
