Scanning Error

I get the following errors on the Error Screen:

Regerror The network path was not found. (cunputer name here) 7/14/2008 4:25:23 PM

The logon script i use to add clients to Lansweeper is able to succesfuly scan for all the information on the server lansweeper is installed on. All others on the network state that the OS and Software was never scanned along with the same error above. What do I do?

Check the reverse lookup of the ipaddress in your dns server (ptr record)

I check remote registry, and it does not fix the problem.

Make sure "Remote Registry" is started and set to "automatic" in the services.msc.

The connection tester give the following error:

Ping test OK
-----------------------------------------------
Remote registry test FAILED
The network path was not found.

-----------------------------------------------
Remote WMI access test OK
-----------------------------------------------
Remote (computer name) access test OK

These computers have windows firewall disabled.

First try the connectiontester to these machines.
Make sure that the windows xp firewall isn't blocking any requests.
