I upgraded today to the premium ediition. It doesn't seem to be scanning any of the PC's automatically, even after active scanning has been enabled. I have restared the machine as well. Here is the contents of the errorlog.txt file:
9/15/2009 4:57:33 PM: Database connection successful, starting up service
9/15/2009 6:39:40 PM: Database connection successful, starting up service
9/16/2009 8:54:41 AM: Unknown error (0x80005000)

9/16/2009 10:24:29 AM: Unknown error (0x80005000)
Where do I go from here to resolve this?

For whatever reason, it now looks to be scanning properly. Consider it a closed issue. Thanks.

I am running it on a Windows XP box with SP3 in a XenSever virtual environment. Here is an output from the diag /e q command. That is the only error reported.
C:\Documents and Settings\Monica>dcdiag /e /q
The clock difference between the home server FS1947DC and target
server MOMSE is greater than one minute. This may cause Kerberos
authentication failures. Please check that the time service is working
properly. You may need to resynchonize the time between these servers.

From what I can find: this error is related to an active directory problem.
Could you please post the following:
1)Operating system and service pack
2)an output of "dcdiag /e /q" from your domaincontroller

I don't see how to attach a file on a reply. I tried to attach it to my original message, but I'm not sure that worked.
