We upgraded to Lansweeper v.5060.
The scanserver scanned for 1 day alright. Then there were no scans anymore. I get the message that the scanserver is down of unavailable.
The windows service 'Lansweeper Service' is up and running. I restarted the service twice.
Are there other Windows services that have to be active or what could be the problem?

Dear Lansweeper
Thanks for this advice. When I looked in the errorlog I saw that the SQL Server Account was disabled. Enabling this account was the solution.
