We tested on both SP2 and SP3 (and on vista) without a problem.
It would be difficult to reproduce the problem without the same hardware.

I have now tested that situation as well. Both grabbee pcs are Dell GX620s. With SP2, screengrab works. With SP3, only grabs the primary screen. I also tested on another SP3 machine, different hardware, and it works fine. Perhaps issue with video card in that model....?

Is the hardware for both computers the same (SP2 & SP3)?

both grabber and grabbee are windows XP, SP3. Used screengrab that came with Premium version 3.5.1.28957, and beta version.

Hmmm...It just tested this and it appears that screengrab works fine when the grabbee is XP SP2.
