Hello!
We use Virtual Machine on Microsoft Hyper-V (OS Windows Server 2008 x64 SP2). In dashboard, reports and "Computer->Config" all virtual machine have 64 mb. But all VM have 4GB. Screenshots inside.

Could you do the following:
• Run the command below on one problem client.
C:\>wmic path win32_physicalmemory >lansweepertest.txt
• Send the resulting lansweepertest.txt file to support@lansweeper.com. For easy reference, also include a link to this forum thread in your email.
