Software reports - small mistake

Good day

I think, there is a little problem with software, which have double quotes in name.
Example: I tried to install software "SubEdit Player" (visible in Add/remove programs with double quotes in name).
Result - in report web30repUnauthorizedSoft it's visible as row with empty name and version (in fact, scan date is moving to version column)

it was in version 3.5.1

Now I'm checking version 3.5.2 Beta.
