Hi,
We're wondering if Lansweeper could still be supported if we start tweaking elements such as the website's aspx pages (some of them), as well as maybe some stored procedures or adding new tables. So far we only added new tables in the Lansweeper database, and I'm wondering if just that will restrict the support we can get here. Likewise I would like to know if changing the other two would restrict or cancel the support as well.
To give a concrete exmample, we would like to modify the webpage state.aspx to reorder the domain listing per site (since we only have one domain and multiple sites). Our programmers would do the modifications on a second test server and making sure everything else still works as originally intended.
We are using Lansweeper version 3.5.2
Please advise,
Thanks

We're wondering more if we can still get support for other parts of the website, we understand you can't start supporting every little possible way of customized code that everyone can do.
For example if we modify what is mentioned above, would we still be able to request support for things like creating reports or other problems with the software that we did not tweak.

Yes.
But if it's a known problem the suggestion will be to upgrade to the latest version.

If you make any changes it's at your own risk.
