Unscanned Devices

Hi, Im having a major issue I hope you can help me with. Under Domain View, my number of unscanned devices are numbering close to 500. However, when I click on my domain under Domain View and export the list into Excel then the number of not scanned divices is under 100. Do you have any ideas as to what I can do? I can find all the details on a device when i search for it withing the lansweeper database search, however when I run my reports, the same device wont show up.

Any help would be appreciated.
