Update Frequency

I've had Lansweeper working for almost a week now with reasonable success. However am unsure how often workstation data is updated ?

For example having updated approx 50 machines computer descriptions. I would of expected Lansweeper to pickup the computer descriptions by now.

Can anybody point me in the right direction ?

Am not using the preminum version as yet, until I know the product works 100%.

In the Management Console, switch to the Scan Options tab. Here, you can set the number of days between the scanning of individual items (ie even though the computer updates, that item doesn't update until a certain amount of time has passed). I set mine all to 0, so everything scans each time the computer logs.
