Hi - I am trying to run the upgrade - and I suspect it is failing because our database is called lansweeper rather than lansweeperdb and our user is also lansweeper not lansweeperuser etc.
Is there a way to perform the upgrade using the installer or another means without us having to rename our database and user.
Hope you can help.
Thanks.

I notice that the upgrade also wants to copy files to ..\program files\lansweeper31
Our install folder is ..\program files\lansweeper
Can this path be changed...?

You don't need to rename the user but you need to rename the database.
