upgrading lansweeper from 11.4 to 12.3

My organization is upgrading Lansweeper from 11.4.0.4 to 12.3.3.0. We will backup the sql database before the upgrade.

My question:

What files should i backup on the lansweeper app server? I assume c:\program files (x86)\lansweeper. Are there any others that i should backup?

Most of all the information and configurations you will need are stored in the database. Lansweeper stores some data outside its database. The following information details these locations, essential for backup and restore procedures.
