Users to Lansweeper?

We are testing this out but have a question. Right now, anyone hitting the internal website is given full access. Can you create any type of user or profiles, that limit access as needed for job functions?

The custom actions run in the context of the logged on user, not the website.

I saw a previous person ask this. As i read it, it says that it runs with the permissions of the user that connects to the web console correct? I thought it uses a service account in the background to run jobs. That seems a bit contradictory.
