I have been using LS for a while with the database hosted on our clustered SQL Server.

Today for the first time the database server failed over from node a to node b.

From what I can tell the service carried on working ok on the LS Server and the database continued to be updated.

However, the website was unavailable - when I went to http://lansweeperserver I got

there is no row at position 0

type errors.

When the database was failed back to the primary (a) node then the website was fine again.

Any ideas?

Cluster name is correct in the web config file.

This is not a major issue as it hardly ever happens - it's just when it does then we can't access the LS screens.

Could you take a look at the web.config file in your website folder.
Inspect the connectionstring, maybe this is not pointing to the clustername.

It is a "Microsoft cluster (which clusters sql servers)"

Is this a sql2005 clustered sql server or a microsoft cluster (which clusters sql servers)
