Under All VOIP phone items there are a lot of devices that are not phones, for example PCs and a Cisco Router.
What is wrong?

I dont know what OID is?. I know that is related to snmp, but not exactly what its means.

You can see the OID on the device page if it's found.

Can I avoid that no VOIP devices appear under VOIP reports?

Only by excluding their ip addresses.

Lansweeper tries to classify items on snmp OID and open ports.
If you know the OID of the items you can add it into the configuration so the type is defined correctly.
If no info is found for the IP and only the Voip tcp port is open it is classified as a VOIP phone.
