Advice for upgrade from version 3.5.2.4

Hi,

I've been following the install problems on this forum and need some advice before I upgrade to version 4.0

I was originally running version 3.1 which I upgraded last year to version 3.5.2.4. My database is named lansweeper31, and the lansweeper user is named lssqluser31. (see attached .config)

Do I need to take special actions (besides a full backup of course) before I run the 4.0 setup ?

"normally" the installer detects this and renames the database.

But a full backup is recommended.

Just upgraded to version 4.0 without a hitch Just need to review/adapt my custom reports.
