Website Domain Overview - Not Scannable? Computers

I have 918 (not scannable?) computers on my website domain overview.
(please see below)

Is it possible to get an export of these 918 devices?

What kind of devices are these?
Report "Computer scanning errors" shows a lot more computers collected over a given period of time.

Ok, so where does that number come from?
Is it possible to get only these devices exported?

Most likely some computer have 2 or 3 errors during the scan.

I have version 4.0.0.27.

The report shows me about 2500 computers failed.
I think the same computers are reported more than once over a period of one month or so.

Could that be?

Hi,Can you check if you have the latest version (service 4.0.0.27)
The "computer scanning errors" report should have the same 918 computers.
