Windows 10 HP BSOD Report

Hello everyone,

The new Windows October update keeps on giving! This time there have been multiple reports of HP workstations and laptops getting blue screens of death due to a conflict between the new update and an HP driver. You can find more information on our blog.

To find workstations and laptops in your network which might be prone to this issue, you can do the following:

• Navigate to Scanning\File & Registry Scanning in your Lansweeper web console.
  
  
• Add a new file scan with the following path: %windir%\System32\drivers\HpqKbFiltr.sys
  If you need further help with setting up the file scan, you can find more information in this knowledgebase article.
  
  
• Rescan all your (HP) assets.
