Windows 2000 Not Scanning Properly

Does not seem to be scanning Windows 2000 Pro or Server properly. Windows 2000 Pro shows up with the following errors:

Osrecovery Invalid query 3/11/2010 12:00:35 PM
Bios Invalid query 3/11/2010 12:00:22 PM
Groups Invalid query 3/11/2010 11:56:43 AM
Users Invalid query 3/11/2010 11:56:43 AM
Printers Invalid query 3/11/2010 11:56:40 AM
Compsystem Invalid query 3/11/2010 11:56:39 AM
Os Invalid query 3/11/2010 11:56:39 AM


Windows 2000 Server shows up with the following errors:

Tape Provider failure 3/11/2010 12:06:13 PM
Sound Provider failure 3/11/2010 12:06:13 PM
Potsmodem Provider failure 3/11/2010 12:06:12 PM
