Every successful community requires the creation and implementation of the Community Guidelines which outline the rules of engagement between members. Without enforcement of these guidelines, the community can experience a “wild-west” feel with members engaging in personal disputes, trolling and spam attacks. These types of actions can derail the goals of the community and cause valuable members to leave. In order to keep the community a positive, productive, and helpful space for everyone, we ask that all members abide by the established Lansweeper Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Our Moderators are here not only to enforce the community guidelines but are here to aid users along their community journey by giving instructions on how to use community features, to aid in the resolution of issues between users, escalating issues and bugs affecting our software, among other duties to assist the Community Manager.
