SQL Compact 4.0, the last version of SQL CE, is going EOL next month. Here is the report to check if you have any remaining installations.
The report is showing machines where the same version of Microsoft SQL Server Compact is both EOL and EOL in 33 days.
From the screenshot, it is impossible to determine what exactly is causing it. The report itself doesn't seem to have any issues with my own tests. If you'd like to resolve the issue, it is best you contact support.
