Engaged Sweeper II

It looks like the List of Assets is only able to grab 1,000 assets. I verified this by using the "chunks" helper to skirt the Flow Builder item log limit.

I set the max records to 10,000 for the List of Assets and then a Chunks helper on the list with 100 number of elements in each chunk.

Am I understanding this incorrectly or is this a known limit?

This is indeed a bug, thanks for reporting it. The List of Assets action should return all assets in the inventory without any limit. We’ve already fixed this issue, and the correction will be included in the next version, which is coming soon.

As an additional tip, you can also see how many elements are in a list by using the Length action in the Collection Tools component.

Hi @Vicente_SC, Lansweeper support confirmed that this issue is with US Region and not just me. See below:

We can confirm the issue you are observing. It appears to happen only on Lansweeper sites hosted in the US Region and that's why we initially thought you were hitting the rate limit, which is not the case, as you correctly noticed. Please accept our apologies.

Is the issue already resolved for the region?

@chetanarora , thanks for the additional info. I have checked internally and received confirmation that the issue in the US region should now be resolved. Can you please check from your side?

Hi @chetanarora, are you still getting this error?

We couldn't reproduce it here. If this issue persists, please send us a screenshot, and we will investigate further.

I am encountering an issue where List of Assets is throwing below error:

Execution of 'List of Assets' failed with error: An error occurred while performing this action: Global rate limit reached, please try again later. I tried setting max records to 200 or even lower, still getting the same error. A simple workflow with trigger and List of assets giving this error. No other workflows are running.
