⚡ New Flow Builder Lansweeper Connector v11 – Now Live 🚀
Hi everyone,
We’ve released a new version of the Lansweeper connector for Flow builder, with new actions and usability improvements to help you automate more of your IT workflows.
New actions

Add New Asset
Automatically create assets in Lansweeper from your flows (e.g. onboarding, self-service, integrations).

Delete Relations
Remove asset–asset or asset–user relations to keep your CMDB and relationships clean and up to date.

Scan Now
Trigger an on-demand inventory scan so your flows work with the latest asset data.

Raw GraphQL Requests
Run raw GraphQL queries against the Lansweeper Public API for advanced and highly flexible scenarios.
Other improvements

Dynamic fields in actions
Fields like asset types and asset states can now be selected from dropdowns showing all possible options.

Clearer relation actions
The old “Create relation” action is now split into:
- Create Asset–Asset Relation
- Create Asset–User Relation

Filter asset types in use
The List of Asset Types action now has an Only in use option.

Get unmatched assets
The Match Assets action now includes a Get LS unmatched assets option to return Lansweeper assets that didn’t match.

Edit MAC addresses
You can now update MAC addresses via the connector.
Compatibility with existing flows

If you do not update the connector:
Your existing flows will keep running as expected, except for flows that use Reports actions, which may require the new connector version to continue working correctly.

If you update to the new connector version:
After upgrading, please thoroughly test your existing flows to ensure everything continues to work without issues.
