hi all,

checking a device imported from intune in my inventory i see some intune attributes like intuneID, userPrincipalName, ...
in an test workflow i tried to receive these attributes via "Get Asset Details" but they are all empty. is this currently not supported? e.g i tested the following attributes in "Additional Assets Details"
mobileDeviceManagement.userPrincipalName
mobileDeviceManagement.container.intuneAccount
mobileDeviceManagement.intuneId

thank you,
markus

hi Jacob, thank you for your answer. i dont want to query Intune for live data if this data is already available in lansweeper. so it would be good if i could get these informations directly from the LS api / workflow.

In the meantime, you can retrieve those fields from the "List of assets" action, instead of the "Get asset details" action. You can use the filtering option included in the action if you want to get data from one asset only

It's true that the Intune data is not showing in Flow builder. Let us investigate it further.

If you try the public API, it is working. You can try a getAssetResources query adding the MobileDeviceManagement fields: https://developer.lansweeper.com/docs/data-api/reference/types#mobiledevicemanagement. Make sure you check assets with data in the Intune tab of the Lansweeper UI.

hey maflo - i completely spaced on following up on this, apologies.  What type of intune integration are you using?  the on-premise integration, or the cloud-only integration?  I've pinged dev support just now to help assist.

I haven't enrolled my phones to my test Intune tenant, so I can't tell for sure - but if the device name from the official Intune integration matches what Intune's name is (it should?)  then you can do the pro-tip 64 thing that I did, where I matched on Serial first, then Asset Name - you could change it go to further like model/mac etc...   then you can grab whatever you want from Intune and put it in custom fields for the asset, if that's what you're going for -  or, I have pro tip 66 due at the end of the week where I will do an action in Intune (in this case assign to a group) but you could put in whatever action you wanted as well.

I don't think those fields are exposed to the API just yet - I'll confirm.  I do know that they are in the process of making more data available.
