Cannot navigate away from Helpdesk

Hi all,

New to Lansweeper forums here.

Having a few issues with Lansweeper at the moment, but i'm sure i'll figure the rest of it out. I have come across this rather annoying one. I accidentally clicked Helpdesk, and now i cannot navigate away from the damn page. I'm trying to get back to the dashboard for the management but i just cannot do it!

I can use the in-built admin account to do so but this doesn't allow me to have access from my other accounts.

I have disabled the helpdesk via the settings with in in-built admin but this does nothing.

Help!!!

All solved. Had to change the user's permissions from nothing.
