Hi,

i am trying to setup the beta helpdesk and have some challenges to get the imap-portion to work.

has anyone successful set it up to connect to a (i know) exchange2003-Imap-Server?

Please dont start a discussion about the fact, that exchange2003 should be replaced, we are already working on this but for the time being would be great to get the helpdesk up and running 🙂

the rest of the helpdesk looks really good.

That said: there are known problems with imap and exchange server (all versions).

i reported the problem to support@ as well, i just hoped someone in the community may have found a resolution yet
