Engaged Sweeper
Hi, we have several EMC Celerra SAN/NAS Systems in our environment, but Lansweeper discovers it as a Windows asset type, and it cannot be changed.

It raises the error:
Computer is online but firewalled.
RPC Unavailable

But it is not a Windows computer; how can we solve this issue?

An asset is considered to be a Windows computer if port 135 is open on the asset. Could you:
  • Ensure that port 135 is closed on the devices.
  • Delete the faulty Windows assets that were generated, by clicking the Assets link at the top of the console, ticking the checkboxes in front of the assets and hitting the Delete button on the left.
  • Rescan your network by hitting the Scan All Enabled IP Ranges Now button under Configuration\Scanning Methods.
