I've never really looked before, but I just discovered that gpedit.msc can connect to a remote computer. The syntax is as follows : gpedit.msc /gpcomputer:{computer}
Before you go to make a custom action from this, I should warn that I discovered an odd bug with this. It seems to cut off the first letter of the computer name. So when trying to connect to computer1, you'll get an error message stating it could not connect to omputer1. Simple solution is to modify the line like so :
gpedit.msc /gpcomputer:.{computer} (notice the extra .)
