Why are some tickets in the helpdesk list purple?

What are some helpdesk ticket titles in bold?

The purple notes in help desk tickets are notes from users who are not in the list of users of that ticket (the list of users and CC users in the left-hand pane). On the next public note you send it will ask you if you would like to add the email address from the purple note to the list of CC users.

A ticket with a bold title means that the last public reply was by the user of that ticket.
