Hi,
I have configured my account with a role of administrator and agent.
I have also enabled the "Allow full access to all tickets regardless of team or type" Option
My expectation is that I would see ALL tickets regaurdless of what teams I am a part of but I can not see any tickets unless I am assigned to the team that is associated with a particular ticket type.
For example I have a ticket type called "Monitoring" associated with a team named "Monitoring" If I am not assigned to the "Monitoring" Team I can not see any tickets that are of type "Monitoring"
Is there something else that might be blocking access?
