You can enter the exact name of your database instance, as you can see it in SQL Server Management Studio. In the example in our article this is Delphine\SQLExpress. The first part before the backslash is the computer name that is hosting your database, you can use the computer name here, or the IP address, or localhost if the database is on the same server as your Lansweeper installation. A port is only necessary if you've changed the default SQL port, if you have not changed this you can leave it blank.
