I'm trying to scan some IP cameras that are attached to a cisco 2960s switch. The only thing it returns in the scan is the IP address everything else is unknown. But when I populate the camera's mac address then it pulls in the correct information and even shows the switch port it's attached too. Anyone have any idea why it wouldn't pull the mac address?

MACs can only be detected if one of the following is true:
  • The device is in the same subnet as the Lansweeper server.
  • The device has SNMP or SSH enabled and SNMP/SSH is successfully accessed during scanning.
