I have been tasked with looking into Fresh Service integration with Lansweeper. Looking around the internet I found a video from Fresh Service on setting this up but very little else. What I did find mentioned that this integration only works with the Lansweeper cloud hosted solution. When looking in Lansweeper > Configuration > Integrations I only see Fresh Service showing for the cloud install of Lansweeper.
I am hoping to get confirmation on whether Fresh Service integration will work with an on-premises Lansweeper installation.
