Hi,
We're not seeing in any lansweeper reports showing the installation of MS Office 2013.
I'm presently running v5.0.0.79
We are upgrading from MS Office 2007. (Which was showing correctly in reports before)0
And, MS Office 2013 is showing in Programs and Features in Windows 7.
Any assistance would be greatful.
Thank you

Please:
• Update to the latest Lansweeper version (5.1) first. Our latest installer can be found here: http://lansweeper.com/Download.aspx
Update instructions can be found on page 176 and beyond of our online documentation: http://www.lansweeper.com/documentation.pdf
Note that we use the page numbers listed at the bottom of each page.
• Rescan your problem machines by clicking the Assets link at the top of the web console, ticking the checkboxes in front of the assets and hitting the Rescan button on the left. Wait for the last seen dates listed in the Summary tab of your computer webpages to update.
• Verify whether the issue persists.
