The default report "Computer: Encryptable Volumes" is not showing the right information, on Windows 8.1 the laptops don't show as encrypted with bitlocker although they are. Is it an issue for Windows 8.x?

I'm not aware of any issues with this. BitLocker information is pulled from the Win32_EncryptableVolume WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) class, more information on which can be found in this Microsoft knowledge base article. Perhaps:
- Your computers' scanned data is not up-to-date. Click the Assets link at the top of the console, tick the upper checkbox and hit the Rescan button on the left to refresh all of your assets' data.
- The Win32_EncryptableVolume WMI class itself is returning incorrect data. You can try a WMI repair in this case.
