How can I suppress custom action error when I cancel the file open, as this contains some password information in it.

This isn't possible. If an action generates an error, Lansweeper will display the error message and the command it tried to execute, to help you troubleshoot the issue. We recommend that you ensure that only "authorized" users execute the command by:
- Marking the action as advanced in the Lansweeper web console under Configuration/Website Management/Asset Pages.
- Restricting access to the web console and advanced actions specifically, per the instructions on page 178 and beyond of our online documentation.
