I’ve been attempting to scan all devices using the local account, but the same issues are still occurring.

You should try the troubleshooting tools like :
testconnection.exe (for windows systems) and Devicetester.exe (for SSH and SNMP enables devices)
If you have installed Lansweeper on the C drive, go to thisfolder: 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions

You will get a little more details and a log that you can share with us.
