I am trying to remotely uninstall an old version of our AV solution and replace it with the new client but any manipulation of the software requires a password. Is there a switch for that or something? How can I deliver the appropriate response when the uninstaller asks for the password?

did you try searching for administrative documents of the AV maker on their site?.. usually there are command line switches that you can pass on during uninstall to executable. Lansweeper can't read gui and type in passwords.
